Trash should be set out the night before your scheduled collection date. Drivers will not return if the trash was not set out on time.
Service includes collection of five, 30-gallon bags. Bags should not exceed 50 pounds.
No contractor bags.
Decals must be placed where our drivers can see them. Do not place on your mailbox.
Garbage should be placed in an appropriate container no more than 5 feet from the road. We are unable drive or walk up driveways.
Paint must be dried before it can be disposed of. Mix paint with kitty litter or sand and allow it to dry completely.
Bulky items such as furniture or appliances can be brought to the transfer station in Hagerhill. This service is not included in the monthly service.
Broken glass or other sharp objects should be placed in a cardboard box and clearly labeled. Hypodermic needles should be placed in a sealed sharps container.
There will be no garbage collection on Christmas Day. Make-up collection dates will be posted on the home page in December.
Payment in full is due upon receipt of the bill.
Payments received after the 10th of the month will be assessed a late fee.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. There is a small processing fee when using a credit card. Electronic payments may be available through your bank. Please contact your bank for electronic payments.
When paying in person or mailing your payment, please include the stub with the barcode from the trash statement.
